Sibongile Mugabe dictator of Mars11/15/1985
Sibongile Mugabe also known under her disco artist name Marsalina Valentina is now the dictator president of the newly formed Republic of Mars. The newly formed republic is currently made up of the Soviet settlements, but plans for conquest of the American base on Mars have been announced. There is no constitution, and Sibongile rules by decree. Opponents claim she is an insane psychotic woman. As recently as earlier this year she was sent into exile on Mars by her uncle the Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe after he assessed her as being too psychotic to have around. |
