New visa restrictions for Martians visiting Earth2/20/2022
Starting the first of next month Martians planning to visit Earth must undergo and pass a psychological screening to obtain a visa. The reason is the very strong prevalence of psychopathy among the Martian population. During most of the 1980s and 1990s only psychopaths were allowed to immigrate to Mars. After the psycho only policy ended still mostly psychopaths moved there since they felt happy among other psychos. Non-psychos meanwhile tended to choose other destinations because of the very high psycho ratio of Mars. The new visa restrictions apply to all countries of planet Earth except North Korea, Afghanistan, Hungary, and Upper Volta. |
