The mysterious military base on Pluto that was identified as Argentine a few days ago is in fact Uruguayan. The national seal thought to be Argentinean turned out to be Uruguayan. An honest mistake says mission control. Why the small nation of Uruguay has decided to militarize Pluto is now baffling the international community. This is in violation of a number of international treaties, and Uruguay may now be facing international sanctions.
